Refund & Exchange Policy

At LOBO, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully happy with your order, our refund and exchange policy makes the process clear and simple.

 


 

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with the size tags attached.

  • Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

  • Products that are damaged, used, or missing tags are not eligible.

  • Only one process per shipment is allowed — either a return or an exchange.

💡 If you’d like to request both a return and an exchange for multiple items in a single shipment, please clarify your request. Combined processes are accepted only if your order includes more than one product.

 


 

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In case of exchange or return, the customer bears all additional shipping costs unless the reason involves an error from our side.

 


 

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement, including shipping costs, provided the issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
